  5. How does hiring work? Is the Janitor assigned, short or long-term? Uniformed? Experienced?

  7. Does the company have manpower to be able to cover shifts when/If needed?

  8. What If we are not pleased with the current Janitor?

  9. Does the company have proper Insurance coverages? Insurances? Coverage limits?

  10. Is the company registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, as it is required in CA?
