All AMR employees are hand selected, going through an extensive hiring process. Once hired, AMR orientation and training begins.. Once a Janitor is assigned, we make sure to uniquely train an AMR employee individualized to your location on top of AMR general training standards. From there, AMR uniformed janitors are trained to meet the requirements outlined on individualized checklists created in accord to each facility’s needs. An AMR supervisor or manager will also perform unannounced random visits to check on the janitor and the cleaning making sure your cleaning needs are met and to help guarantee our Quality of Service.. The family was already well rooted in the service industry in the 1990s. While working with management companies, clients, a variety of buildings and projects, the family understood that every building has 2 main service vendors: Security and Janitorial. That can come in many different ways and levels. Noticing that most cleaning companies in Los Angeles were missing an important factor, which was Quality of Service. AMR Janitorial was created and its core mission was to Service clients while caring for their people.
